Worship Generation NZ is a New Zealand owned and operated company.
All products displayed on this site are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$). All prices are correct at time of publication; however, we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason.
Products displayed on this site can be purchased using secure PayPal online service. Customer can be confident that all of their details are protected by the latest security mechanisms and are used only for purposes of the transaction fulfilment.
You have the option to register as a member of Worship Generation NZ website and mobile site. Please be advised that we will send you marketing and/or promotional materials from time to time as a subscriber. You can unsubscribe from our marketing information anytime by using the unsubscribe function within the electronic marketing material. If you decide not to register, you may still be able to make a purchase. Your personal details and postal address will not be saved and you will not receive any promotional communications.
Worship Generation NZ reserves the right to change, delete or move any of the material on this website at anytime without notice.
Worship Generation NZ shall not be liable to you or any third parties for any direct, indirect, special, consequential or punitive damages allegedly sustained arising out of your access to or inability to access this website. This includes viruses alleged to have been obtained from this website, your use of or reliance on this website or any of the information or materials available on this website, regardless of the type of claim or the nature of the cause of action. By the use of this website, you agree that you are using this website solely at your own risk.
Standard delivery for all purchases will be charged with a shipping fee of $6.75 NZD.
Free standard delivery will apply on all orders with total amount of $100 NZD or more.
Delivery is within 3-7 working days from receipt of orders.
We cannot deliver to PO boxes. Please use street address upon placement of orders to avoid delays.
Orders cannot be delivered during public holidays. During national and state public holidays or busy sale periods, you may experience a delay in receiving your order. In any case of delay in deliveries, you will be notified through email.
As soon as your orders have been dispatched, you will be notified through email to confirm that it’s on its way. A tracking number will be provided in the email to help you track your order.
We only deliver to New Zealand and use NZ couriers.
1. Which items can be returned or replaced?
All faulty items should be returned and can either be replaced or refunded.
Clothing to be returned must be unused, with the original packing. These should be in new, unworn condition, and with garment tags.We can either give you a full refund on the item(s), or exchange them for another style, size or colour that you may prefer. We will not accept returns on items that have been worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
All items to be returned or replaced must have packaging slip as proof of purchase.
Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts can't be returned.
Please be sure to double check your returns before shipping them out. We will not be held responsible for the return of non-Worship Generation items.
2. Is postage for returns free?
Returns are at the cost of the purchaser and remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Worship Generation.If the item is deemed faulty, postage will be refunded.
We recommend you send your package on a tracked service so you are able to track the whereabouts of your return.Worship Generation is not liable for returns lost in transit that have not been tracked.
All exchanges will be sent back to the purchaser for FREE.
3. Where can I send the returned items?
Upon returning goods, email firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll provide a RETURNS NUMBER for you to note on the packing slip when returning the item. You will also be informed through email the return instructions to be followed.
4. Have you received my returned goods?
Our customer care team will soon send you an email once the returned item is received.
5. How long until I get my refund?
The following timelines will apply from the date the return arrived back to us:
For PayPal transactions - 7 working days
For card payments – 14 working days
6. I’ve received the wrong items or some items are missing, what should I do?
If you have received the wrong items not included in your purchase or some items are missing, please email email@example.com. Our team will be happy to assist you in getting this issue resolved.
We’ll honour your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Refer to Consumer Guarantees Act for further information.
